About the Job
This role supports marketing content development, social media management, and digitalengagement activities. You will assist in content coordination, performance tracking, and execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms.
This position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Remuneration will be commensurate with skills, competencies and relevant work experience. Indicative salary ranges are provided to guide applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in updating website content, including ad-hoc updates and annual content audit exercises.
- Support content development, prepare simple communication briefs, and manage stakeholder alignment.
- Track and monitor performance of KOL/Influ/Artiste engagements, including optimisation and reporting.
- Execute social listening tasks, design and deliver reports, and set up keywords, query parameters, and dashboards across relevant digital platforms.
- Manage social media content for selected platforms (e.g., Facebook ethnic group pages, TikTok), including preparing briefs, coordinating with vendors, and tracking performance.
- Support content audit activities on marketing automation platforms—including coordinating checklists, reviewing edited content, updating libraries, and deploying content where required.
- Prioritise content for digital touchpoints such as home screen banners and push notifications, following established SOPs.
- Develop internal marketing collaterals such as electronic mailers for communication and staff engagement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Good writing skills and ability to draft clear communication briefs.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) or social listening tools is advantageous.
- Ability to track performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior marketing support experience is preferred but not mandatory for junior applicants.
