About the Company:

We are a leading food manufacturing company in Singapore specializing in high-quality soy-based products and FMCG goods, distributed across supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service channels. As we continue to grow our brand presence regionally, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

Current location at Paya Lebar, candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way (Near Sembawang) at the end of Q1 2026.

About the Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence in both B2C (supermarket & retail) and B2B (food service) segments. You will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, liaise with supermarket buyers, develop promotional strategies, and ensure cohesive brand communication across all channels.

This role requires strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling visual and marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade & Retail Marketing

  • Work closely with supermarket buyers and retail partners on in-store promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Develop trade marketing materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, standees, POSMs, etc.) and ensure timely delivery and execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

2. B2B Marketing & Customer Support

  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to food service / B2B customers.
  • Support sales team with product presentations, brochures, and promotional kits.
  • Manage corporate branding and event participation (e.g. food fairs, trade shows).

3. Branding & Social Media

  • Plan and execute digital marketing activities including social media, website updates, and online campaigns.
  • Create content calendars and manage posting schedules to build brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with designer or create marketing collaterals independently when needed.

4. Creative & Aesthetic Direction

  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to designers, ensuring all marketing visuals align with brand identity.
  • Maintain high standards of visual quality and storytelling that reflect a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Brainstorm new product packaging and campaign visuals with R&D and design teams.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, especially when dealing with supermarket buyers or external partners.
  • Proficient in marketing content creation, digital marketing, and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance aesthetics with commercial objectives.
