Overview
Job Overview: QIP is seeking a smart and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is suited to someone with 1–3 years’ experience, or an exceptional graduate with relevant internships, who is eager to learn how marketing works inside a vertically integrated private equity real estate platform and who is equally comfortable operating in a business-led, B2B, and investment-focused environment. You will support marketing across QIP’s sales and marketing initiatives, working closely with QIP’s core business units, including Capital Raising, Development and Operations, to support product-led marketing, sales enablement, investor communications, and go-to-market brand execution across the full lifecycle of our real estate assets. This is not a traditional consumer marketing role. It is a high-exposure, hands-on role for someone who is willing to learn on the job, is detail-oriented, and motivated to build valuable, practical experience inside a growing global business. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will gain broad exposure to how our living-sector platform operates and play an important role in supporting and communicating QIP’s growth, market positioning, and credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Branding & Campaign Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of corporate and product-related marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and relevant digital & social media channels.
- Create, edit, and refine content for campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership in line with QIP’s brand, tone, and strategic priorities.
- Support the use of our CRM platform (i.e. HubSpot) for contact management, audience segmentation, and basic campaign performance tracking
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid digital campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads), gaining exposure to performance marketing.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Support the development and upkeep of product and fund marketing materials (i.e. decks, teasers/one-pagers), working closely with Capital Raising, and Investment teams.
- Support sales & marketing preparation for investor events, briefings, and launches, including materials, communications, and follow-ups.
SEO & Website
- Support SEO best practices and able to collaborate with 3rd party agencies to drive content strategies, improve website visibility and organic search rankings that align with the company’s goals.
- Assist with website updates, content uploads, and basic site maintenance.
Market Research
- Support research on target markets, investors, partners, and competitors to inform campaigns and marketing collaterals
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Support performance tracking and reporting across campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
- Assist with post-campaign analysis to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (strong graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and basic design tools such as Canva.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) and CRM platforms (i.e. HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of SEO and key digital marketing principles.
- A natural eye for quality, layout, and design aesthetics, you notice when something doesn’t look right and can assess and feedback to improve it.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Background or interest in real estate, finance, or investment sectors is a bonus.
