Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will be part of the global Marketing Communications team at the brand headquarters based in Singapore. This role will assist in the planning, creating and implementing TWG Tea marketing plans and campaigns. Work closely with cross‑department colleagues and external partners / agencies to deliver effective brand and retail marketing activations across local and international markets.

Primary Relationships

This position reports directly to Assistant Marketing Director and is part of the Marketing team at HQ. Within the organization, this position has primary working relationship with Marketing, Public Relations, Social, Digital, Sales, Design, Warehouse and Operations teams as well as TWG Tea subsidiary and franchise partners worldwide. Outside the organization, this position will also get to interact with retail malls / landlords, media / bank / lifestyle partners, translation agencies, and any other service providers.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with global marketing strategy and brand goals
  • Develop marketing collaterals and contents for headquarters and adapt for different markets, languages and channels where relevant
  • Support and execute retail activations, paid social ads, email marketing, media planning and advertising, consumer events / sponsorship and partnership programme. Actively review marketing campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on results and insights
  • Work closely with digital, retail operations and corporate sales team to drive sales across different channels and optimal brand visibility across various brand touchpoints
  • Liaise and work closely with overseas subsidiary and franchise partners on their local marketing activations while ensuring alignment with global brand directions. This includes understanding and analysing different market needs and creatively strategising to develop market‑specific solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
  • Prepare summary of key marketing activations across markets for best‑practice sharing
  • Compile consumer insights, analyse current market trends and propose new marketing opportunities where possible
  • Copywrite, edit and proofread marketing materials in both English and Mandarin
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in marketing, communications or similar equivalent
  • Prior experience working in luxury, retail or F&B sector would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields preferred
  • Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin; additional language(s) are a plus.
  • Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who is able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with different departments and international markets
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
