As a fast-growing beauty brand, we’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive who lives and breathes content, understands digital culture, and knows how to turn attention into leads and revenue.
This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a creator and executes like a marketer.
Own and execute our social media and influencer strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels).
Source, manage, and grow relationships with influencers, creators, KOLs, and brand ambassadors.
Plan and launch influencer campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and brand credibility — not just likes.
Collaborate with internal teams to align content, promotions, and campaigns with sales goals.
Analyze content and influencer performance to optimize ROI, engagement, and conversions.
Stay ahead of beauty, creator, and social media trends to keep our brand culturally relevant.
Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer outreach, or content marketing (beauty or lifestyle brands preferred).
Strong understanding of how creators, algorithms, and platforms actually work.
Highly independent, proactive, and resourceful — you get things done without being micromanaged.
A creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency in the beauty space.
Comfortable working with data, tracking performance, and improving campaign results.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple collaborations at once.
Experience managing UGC, KOL seeding, or paid influencer campaigns.
Familiarity with performance-driven social campaigns (leads, bookings, sales).
Experience working with agencies, creators, or in-house content teams.
