Job summary

A leading aesthetics company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support their innovative brands. The ideal candidate will assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns, develop engaging content for various platforms, and manage KOLs and events. A background in marketing, along with creativity and attention to detail, is essential. Fluency in Mandarin and experience in the beauty or wellness sector are preferred. Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty, retail, wellness, or consumer goods.
  • Basic photography/videography skills are advantageous.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin.

Each brand is dedicated to delivering premium experiences and effective results through professional expertise, innovation, and care.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our fast-growing aesthetic brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, campaign coordination, and managing multiple touchpoints that elevate brand presence.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Activities
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, email, retail promotions, and product launches.

  • Develop creative content for social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring strong brand storytelling.

  • Manage content calendars across multiple aesthetic brands to maintain consistent messaging and campaign flow.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to deliver marketing collaterals and campaigns on schedule.

  • Consolidate, verify, and organise digital marketing, telemarketing, and sales reports.

Events & KOL Management
  • Support the organisation of events, exhibitions, workshops, and in-store activations.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional channels.

  • Source, collaborate, and manage KOLs/influencers, media, and vendor partners to enhance brand visibility.

  • Liaise with vendors for merchandising, procurement, and coordinate administrative processes with the finance team.

Operations & Support
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Apply digital marketing, social media management, and principles to support the team's strategic goals.

You’ll Bring With You
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (beauty, retail, wellness, or consumer goods industry preferred).

  • Basic photography/videography skills are an advantage.

  • Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva) are a plus.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn new marketing tools and trends.

  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven by strong brand aesthetics.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (written & spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

  • Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and wellness.

  • Strong visual storytelling ability and a growth mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising or content optimization.

  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
