Job summary

A beverage company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to manage bulk beverage orders and coordinate logistics for events. The candidate will be involved in e-commerce operations and support marketing strategies, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. A diploma in Business or Marketing and at least 1 year of experience are necessary. Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is required. The position may require occasional work on weekends and public holidays.

Job description

Manage bulk beverage orders and Live Station activations for corporate clients and sponsored events.

Coordinate logistics, manpower, and on-site execution to ensure bulk beverage orders and live station smooth operations.

Assist in festive collaborations, product sampling, and brand partnership events.

Gather client feedback, monitor ROI, and support continuous improvement of processes.

Oversee daily operations on e-commerce.

Manage product listings, pricing updates, and online promotions.

Execute campaigns to drive traffic and sales performance.

Monitor ROI, campaign metrics, and customer engagement trends.

Liaise with logistics and operations teams for stock coordination and fulfilment.

Support the Marketing Department to plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.

Identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support strategic decisions.

Prepare marketing reports and performance dashboards for management review.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Plan and handle ad-hoc marketing projects or brand initiatives as assigned.

Perform other ad hoc duty as required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Independently and driven individual with positive mindset.

Ability to work in fast pace environment, resourceful, meticulous and resilient to changes.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of employees and external partners.

Effective team player with ability to handle various projects simultaneously and lead projects when required.

Willing to work on public holidays and weekends for marketing events occasionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/ 3A driving licence – required for travel between events, outlets, or logistic support.

Willing to support events during evenings or weekends when necessary.

Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
