We are seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to join our fast-growing marketing team. You will help create, manage, and distribute content that educates users, builds trust, and grows our brand presence across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the digital assets and emerging technology space, working alongside experienced marketers, product managers, and community leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation – Draft blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and educational articles on digital assets, financial technology, and emerging trends. Create engaging short-form copy for social media platforms (Twitter/X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit). Assist with product guides, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles. Support script writing for webinars, AMAs, and video content.
- Content Management – Maintain and update the content calendar across platforms (Medium, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube). Upload and format content for the website/blog. Coordinate translation/localization with regional teams.
- Community & Campaign Support – Adapt content to fit audience tone and platform style (e.g., professional on LinkedIn, conversational on Telegram). Assist in executing co-marketing campaigns with partners and ecosystem collaborators. Monitor competitor updates and industry news to propose timely content ideas.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track engagement metrics (views, CTR, shares) and prepare weekly performance reports. Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (Mandarin language is a plus).
- 0–2 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications (internships accepted).
- Familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or Web3 concepts (wallets, platforms, digital products).
- Strong sense of digital culture (social media trends, community voice).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable with tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Canva/Figma, and scheduling platforms.
Nice to Have
- Previous involvement in online communities or fintech/digital asset projects.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, or Dune/Nansen equivalents).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
