Overview
- Work under the direction of the team lead and group headof marketing and communications to help achieve the company's marketing and communications goals and objectives.
- To help oversee a group of concepts, working alongside various stakeholders for the execution of their strategic and day-to-day marketing and communications needs.
Marketing and Communications
- Support, plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns and oversee their successful implementation.
- Engage in the conceptualisation and development of digital content while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards, and usage guidelines.
- Ensure visibility of our various restaurant brands and to retain and/or acquire new customers.
- Able to work closely with various important stakeholders, both internal and external. To gain their support, buy-in and interest in our marketing and communication efforts and campaigns.
- Generate insights for improving content marketing efforts and social media campaigns. Support demand-generation activities by identifying content opportunities.
- Develop more digitally oriented planning skills alongside the core craft e.g., social listening, web analytics, content planning considering SEO.
- Support the marketing team to coordinate and create administrative documents like decks and reports.
- Coordinate, organise and host media food tastings, internal/external photoshoots, events.
- Help to create and support marketing content to socialise and use for social media purposes (e.g., videos briefs, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).
- Develop engaging, innovative and creative content to engage audiences.
- Be constantly aware of new trends, be pro-active to contribute ideas to projects.
- Demonstrate understanding of emerging channels/platforms like social media, video, and content partnerships in relation to media mix.
- Project manage and drive production of marketing collaterals in support of marketing activities.
- To proactively research and keep updated on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Undertakes marketing or campaign reporting and provides data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative to develop engaging, innovative, and creative content to engage audiences.
- Support the marketing and communication team is any/all aspects of responsibility when required.
Public Relations
- Already able or learn to craft, vet through and edit press releases, interviews answers and external/internal communications.
- Already able or learn to handle local and global media. To build and enhance relationships with the press, KOLs and celebrities.
- Support & lead PR efforts for print, digital & social media.
- Must be able to work with your team to coordinate, organise and host media food tastings for media and KOLs if needed.
- Needs to be able to assist with interviews aimed at elevating the positioning and reputation of the group and its concepts.
Skills & Knowledge
- Must write well and have a strong command of the English language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as convincing presentation skills and ability to hold conversations with stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in emerging in social, mobile, digital trends.
- Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically; highly proactive and adaptive.
- Comfortable in a data-driven business environment and able to pivot readily.
