Job description
Responsibilities
  • Portfolio: Amoy Hotel, The Clan Hotel, Oasia Hotel Downtown, Oasia Hotel Novena.
  • Report to Communications Manager and provide full spectrum of marketing communications support for the assigned properties.
  • Responsible for collateral developments from brief to final production including liaising with external parties.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines of the assigned brand/s.
  • Develop and maintain content including videos and photographs of the assigned portfolios on company’s website and other owned platforms.
  • Develop PR strategies to garner coverage for the assigned properties from conceptualizing to press release to execution.
  • Develop social media strategies to increase the share of voice of the assigned brand/s on online platforms.
  • Deliver the assigned projects within the approved budget.
  • Develop creative ideas to continuously improve internal processes and elevate the standard of work produced.
  • Other adhoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to perform in a fast paced environment with demanding work schedules.
  • Experience in managing external vendors and partners such as printer and publishing house.
  • Excellent written and spoken English are a must. Good written and spoken Mandarin will be a plus (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
  • Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Organized, detailed‑oriented and sensitive to deadlines.
