Overview

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager who can translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and brand priorities.

  • Plan and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, partnerships, offline activations).

  • Drive store traffic, sales growth, and brand visibility across multiple brands and outlets.

  • Partner closely with Operations and stakeholders to ensure strong on-ground execution.

  • Manage marketing materials, content, and coordination with agencies or vendors.

  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies based on data and insights.

  • Support new outlet launches, seasonal campaigns, and local store marketing initiatives.

  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
