Marketing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for the company’s IT equipment integration and distribution business.
  • Develop marketing content, proposals, and presentations in both English and Mandarin to support business development.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage company’s online presence and branding efforts through digital platforms.
  • Support senior management in preparing reports and presentations for business partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to prepare bilingual (English and Mandarin) marketing materials.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in IT products, distribution, or integrated solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays when needed.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
