Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email).
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention
Brand & Communications
  • Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Craft compelling narratives that communicate the company’s mission, vision, and value proposition.
  • Lead PR efforts, media relations, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives.
Content &Digital Engagement
  • Create and manage content strategy across web, social, and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to produce impactful marketing collateral.
  • Develop campaigns that enhance customer education and engagement.
Stakeholder & Community Management
  • Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and fintech communities.
  • Organize events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.
  • Act as a spokesperson when needed, representing the brand at key events.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industry.
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing a small team.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, especially in areas like trade finance, supply chain finance, or digital banking platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups or scale-ups, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to build brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales enablement through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
