Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferably in Marine/Bunkering industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all purchasing activities for assigned vessels.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with the organisation's policies.
• Source and purchase spares and services at competitive prices.
• Liaise with Superintendents and vessels regarding services.
• Monitor vessel movements and ensure timely procurement.
• Perform invoice matching and assist with claims handling.

Skills

Excellent communications and negotiation skills

Hands-on experience with purchasing software

Good analytical and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office application

Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment

Education

Diploma in Procurement / Marine / Engineering or equivalent certifications
