Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in marine insurance, underwriting, broking or claims.
• Strong skills in active listening and win-win negotiating.
• Solid knowledge of insurance underwriting and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor underwriting rules and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents.
• Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities.
• Service accounts and resolve technical problems.

Education
