Responsibilities

• Involved in daily purchasing activities; plan and execute purchases of spare parts and supplies for the vessels.
• Selects the most competitive source and negotiates for the best deal.
• Assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers and process invoices.
• Expedites orders to ensure timely delivery and forwarding to the ships.
• Update periodically the status of the surveys and certificates for all ships.
