Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or similar roles.

• 24/7 contactability for boarding vessels.

Responsibilities

• Handle fleet requisitions and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor vessel consumables to prevent wastage.
• Track cargo hoses and lifting gears registry.
• Conduct toolbox meetings as a safety committee member.
• Manage medical appointments for crew.
• Prepare crew employment contracts.
• Ensure compliance with flag state regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive personnel files for crew.
• Assist in crew assignments and rotations.
• Recruit and conduct initial interviews for ship crews.
• Provide induction training for new crew members.
• Support ship staff and visit vessels for crewing matters.
• Perform other assigned fleet management tasks.
