A leading recruitment agency is looking for an engineering assistant to help with managing projects, preparing documentation, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Candidates should have a Nitec/Diploma in relevant fields and at least two years of experience in production or process engineering. The position requires good technical skills, particularly in SMT equipment. The role involves fixed night shifts and overtime pay, making it suitable for motivated individuals seeking growth in the engineering sector.
1)Managing projects related to ECM, Automation, GPS, FEATS, new equipment setup, and equipment relocation and others ad -hoc projects for mass production
2)Preparing work instructions, forms, records, and risk assessments
3)Handling sample preparation, testing, and data collection
4)Supporting machine and equipment installation and trial runs
5)Modifying or refurbishing equipment components to meet required functions
1)Troubleshooting of machines alarm and error
2) Maintenance of tool and equipment
3) Document and create troubleshooting guides
4) Provide training and coaching
5) Activate participate and support various internal/external audits
1) Co-ordinate with suppliers, internal department for maintenance tasks, calibration tasks
2) Administration work such as raise requisition forms, shipping, etc
3) Master scheduling PM, AM calendar
4) Co-ordinate with internal department for jig and fixture maintenance
5) ensure spare parts availability
6) 5S management
7)Create and maintain machine ledgers
