What you'll be doing

• Oversee all stages of production, including equipment setup, maintenance, fabrication, testing, training, and tool making.
• Manage production activities, operating automatic or semi-automatic machines to produce products.
• Assist with basic electrical tasks during assembly, ensuring high-quality product output.
• Help assemble components, maintaining precision and quality standards.
• Work with the team to meet product deadlines while focusing on quality and cost efficiency.
• Follow supervisor instructions to perform manual tasks and support workflow.
• Handle tasks related to labeling, packing, and palletizing products.
• Assist in shifting parts and equipment using lifting equipment.

What we're looking for

• Some experiences in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of English is required.
• Be adaptable and willing to take on other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
• Willing to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Shift pattern: 3 days on, 2 days off, or 2 days on, 3 days off.
• Day shift: 7:30am – 7:45pm, Night shift: 7:30pm – 7:45am.
