The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Job Responsibilities

• Analyse material, labour, time, and overhead costs to generate competitive price quotations.

• Prepare and update quotation documents using Excel, ERP, and internal costing tools.

• Work closely with sales, procurement, engineering, and production teams to verify costing details and ensure feasibility.

• Maintain proper records of quotations, revisions, and customer communication while supporting sales on follow-ups.

Job Requirements

• Experience in quoting, estimating, costing, or pricing within manufacturing, NPI, engineering, or related industries.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle formulas, data analysis, and structured costing sheets.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
