A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to bridge operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will supervise production operations, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and strong leadership skills are essential. The role requires multitasking, effective communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and nights.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for someone who can bridge operations and customer service—someone comfortable on the production floor and confident speaking with clients. In this role, you’ll be supporting our customers, supervising production operators, and ensuring the day-to-day manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Sales:
· Act as the main point of contact for clients in the service and retail industries
· Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and order updates
· Work closely with the sales team to maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence
· Handle any issues or inquiries from customers in a professional and prompt manner
· Support customers on-site for product training
· Supporting to meet the Sales team Sales Performance KPI
Operations & Manufacturing:
· Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
· Work alongside the team to streamline production processes and troubleshoot any operational issues
· Support the filing process of the production process
· Ensure the production area is compliant with GMP regulations, health, safety, and company standards
· Oversee inventory and materials management in coordination with procurement team
Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate a small team of production operators
· Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job guidance and training
· Collaborate with upper management to improve team productivity and workplace culture
Requirements:
· Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with a mix of sales or customer service exposure
· Proven supervisory or leadership experience is a must
· Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships professionally
· Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Able to work on Public Holidays, weekends and night-shifts (from 10pm – 10am)
