• Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance.
• Implement improvements to minimize human errors.
• Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line.
• Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high‑tech, high‑volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12‑hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
