Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor plant improvement and optimisation projects to meet production and quality targets efficiently.

  • Lead day-to-day plant operations, including shift work, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.

  • Provide technical support for process troubleshooting, computer-based process improvements, and product quality issues.

  • Plan and execute trial production runs for new product development in alignment with R&D objectives.

  • Initiate, schedule, and track plant modification work to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
