We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Director to lead and optimize our semiconductor manufacturing operations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cultivating a high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure Lean Manufacturing, cycle time targets, and on-time delivery of customer wafers.
  • Evaluate and improve business procedures to align with strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development for Operations staff.
  • Lead operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while maintaining high employee morale.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and recommend investments in equipment and systems to expand operational capabilities.
  • Oversee production and demand planning to ensure timely order fulfillment and product shipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
  • Coach and guide Managers and Engineers to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, planning, and automation.
