Working with an active, prominent mid-to-large-sized developer of mixed-use assets, we are seeking a leader to spearhead the business.

You will:

• Provide oversight for all local projects. Drive key decisions, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the highest standards of quality, budget discipline, and timeline adherence are met.
• Create a high-performing, cohesive and accountable culture, ensuring organisation has the right structure and talent to support our long-term objectives.
• Review, streamline, and implement robust internal processes.
• Oversee the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities for operational optimization and value preservation rather than aggressive asset enhancement. Ensure our assets are managed to the highest standard.
• Maintain a strategic view of the market, judiciously identifying unique, high-quality opportunities that align with our long-term, legacy-building vision.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of real estate experience with at least 5 years managing P&L
• Have demonstrable, hands-on experience leading complex, large-scale development projects in the Asia-Pacific region, with a recent track record in Singapore a must.
• Past working experience in end-to-end aspects of the development lifecycle from BD, PM and AM.
• Experience in China is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen
• Highly organized, analytical, and structured thinker. You sweat the details and are driven by a deep commitment to quality and excellence.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
