Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the restaurant’s business strategy, growth plans, and brand positioning.
  • Identify market trends and new opportunities to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee logistics, supply chain management, and vendor relationships.
  • plan new product development and scaling
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Control operational costs, maximize profitability, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a strong team culture focused on customer service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or in a similar senior role in the F&B or food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively liaise with suppliers in Taiwan
  • Experience in food import and export operations
  • In-depth knowledge of food processing, supplier management, and quality control
