Job description
1. Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a multi-year regional business strategy alignedwith global objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities across APAC and prioritizeinvestments.
  • Build market entry and expansion plans, including channel,distribution, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and assess emerging technologies,market trends, and regulatory shifts.
2. Commercial Leadership
  • Own full regional P&L: revenue delivery, profitability, budgetmanagement, and forecasting.
  • Develop and lead high-performing commercial teams (sales,marketing, distribution management, key accounts).
  • Build strong relationships with hospital groups, clinicians,procurement bodies, distributors, and government health agencies.
  • Drive product launches, portfolio optimization, and go-to-marketexecution.
3. Regulatory & Quality Compliance
  • Oversee adherence to all APAC regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure ethical business practices aligned with regional andinternational standards.
4. Operations & Supply Chain
  • Partner with global operations to optimize supply continuity,forecasting accuracy, and inventory levels.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturing partners, logisticsproviders, and regional distribution hubs.
  • Lead operational efficiency initiatives and cost-optimizationefforts.
5. People Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and grow a diverse, high-performing APAC leadershipteam.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customerfocus.
  • Provide coaching, succession planning, and talent developmentacross the region.
6. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary executive representative for APAC with globalHQ.
  • Provide executive insight on regional risks, opportunities, andbusiness performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with medical societies, regulatorybodies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry associations.
