Your role as a Managing Director in our Advisory team will include:

• Leading the team in origination, structuring and execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions
• Making strategic decisions through regulating partnerships, acquisitions, and resource allocation
• Defining and implementing the company's strategic direction and long-term vision
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, investors and partners
• Originate new business and investment opportunities
• Identify sector trends and position the Client’s business development activity and team composition to proactively capture these opportunities
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with market volatility and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements specific to the crypto industry
• Oversee client coverage and process management including strategic analysis, due diligence and business / thematic research
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness
• Actively participate in industry discussions and ecosystem, including representing the Company on panels, conferences, and events
