A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a professional to enhance stakeholder experience through strategic improvements in customer service. The role involves overseeing operations, leading a team, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have experience in customer service, procurement, and logistics, as well as a keen interest in improving processes and team development.
One of our key focus areas, is to enhance our stakeholder experience. You will be actively involved in revamping our customer service processes, improving our documentation, and helping us build the right team to serve both our internal and external stakeholders. You will also coordinate internal audits and compliance related matters with our regulatory and quality assurance team.
The role will be challenging for the next few months as we look to transform many of our manual processes, while maintaining our service levels to our stakeholders.
