A government agency in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning team member to coordinate leadership development, workforce transformation initiatives, and technical competency validation. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include managing feedback surveys, facilitating meetings, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact workforce initiatives within the agency.
You will be part of the Strategic Workforce Planning team and work with various stakeholders on Leadership & Capability Development, Workforce Transformation, Technical Competency Validation and Mentorship Programme and General Administrative Support.
