Job description

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager who is familiar with FP&A and Financial Modelling. You will take ownership of the financial model, creating investor‑ready reports and analyzing SaaS metrics to transform raw data into actionable business insights on growth and efficiency. This hands‑on role involves building deliverables for fundraising efforts, supporting board presentations, and helping to chart the company’s long‑term strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 36‑month financial model - updating forecasts, running scenarios, and stress‑testing growth plans.
• Deliver monthly reporting packs and regular leadership updates covering SaaS metrics, cash runway, and performance insights.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to link pipeline data to revenue forecasts and track renewals and expansion.
• Monitor cash and FX closely, producing weekly visibility on burn and liquidity.
• Shape and improve our finance systems and data flows so reporting remains fast and accurate as we scale.
• Support board presentations and fundraising efforts with data room readiness, investor Q&A, and storytelling through numbers.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or RevOps in a Global SaaS business.
• Background in fundraising support (data rooms, investor packs, Q&A prep)
• Proven ability to build and manage driver‑based financial models and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR / GRR, CAC payback, burn multiple).
• Strong analytical and communication skills - you can turn complex data into clear insights for leadership and investors.
• Comfortable with finance systems (Xero, ScaleXP, or similar) and familiar with CRM / CS tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles (revenue recognition, IFRS / FRS 15) and ability to work closely and independently with controllers and auditors.
• Prior experience in a Series A / B scale‑up environment, where you've built processes from scratch with a scale‑up mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a global business environment - working across time zones and collaborating with teams from different cultures.
