Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities
  1. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to be part of an organisation that catalyses institutional-level impact for the economy, society and environment at a national level, as we build a better shared future for Singapore.
  2. As a community builder and sector leader, NVPC seeks to craft a compelling narrative and business case for companies to do well, do right and do good. In this role, you will design and implement effective go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing communications plans across digital channels, social media, marketing partnerships, editorial content and videos to grow our Company of Good network and inspire companies to join the profit with purpose movement. You will be involved in end-to-end campaigns, from planning to content creation and performance optimisation. You will liaise with companies in our network and media vendors to tell impact stories and run purpose-driven campaigns.

  4. Develop integrated marketing communications strategies to drive awareness, conversion and advocacy for NVPC's Company of Good programme.
  5. Serve as a business partner to internal units by providing strategic marketing counsel and support for a suite of programmes and initiatives aimed at growing corporate volunteerism and adoption of the Company of Good programme.
  6. Engage with corporate profiles and stakeholders for media and marketing campaigns.
  7. Create and manage content and publicity around Company of Good programmes and events.
  8. Drive SEO and increase organic traffic to our website.
  9. Manage media planning for integrated marketing campaigns.
  10. Liaise with media publishers, content creators and agencies for assets and campaign creation.
  11. Develop video content strategy, supported by other teams and vendors.
  12. Track website traffic analytics and search performance.
  13. Produce thought leadership content.
Key Deliverables
  1. Establish NVPC as a catalyst and sector expert in the areas of corporate purpose, ESG and sustainability.
  2. Strategise and leverage media partnerships, compelling content and creative campaigns to capture our target audience's hearts and minds, driving the narrative for corporate purpose and raising the awareness and relevance of Company of Good.
  3. Build a library of corporate profiles and case studies as real-world success stories that businesses can do well, do right and do good.
  4. Continually test, measure, learn and optimise marketing performance to maximise effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience related to B2B marketing, content, corporate communications or business writing
  • Content creation and strategy

  • Experience with managing video production
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
