Education: Degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, Facilities Management or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in facilities management with minor A&A/Cyclical/Facilities Renewal project management of building projects (preferably institutional and residential buildings). Relevant experience in the maintenance of M&E services will be an added advantage.
Skills: Strong problem‑solving and coordination abilities, excellent written and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in MS Project preferred. A hands‑on and proactive approach is essential, and having a Certified Fire Safety Manager qualification would be an advantage.
Strengths: Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented, with good communication skills and a strong service‑oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements: Able to walk across campus sites, set up rooms and furniture, and safely lift or move items of up to approximately 15 kg.
Availability: This is an on‑site role that may occasionally require early mornings, evenings, or weekend work during peak periods.
