About this Position

This position focuses on strategic sourcing and procurement excellence. It involves developing global sourcing strategies, managing spend and supplier relationships, driving negotiations, identifying savings opportunities, and leveraging digital tools.

What you´ll do

• Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global / regional teams.
• Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects.
• Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks.
• Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipeline.
• Drive the digitalization agenda by utilizing digital tools & supporting the introduction of new solutions to efficiently generate a high impact.
• Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of sourcing / procurement experience, ideally in raw material / chemical / tail spend / distribution management.
• Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving skill
• Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity & ready to simplify it.
