About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic manager to lead end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), and Performance Management initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leaders to build talent capability, strengthen performance culture, and ensure sustainable leadership pipelines across the organization.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, including training needs analysis, skills gap analysis, training execution, evaluation, budget management, and reporting.
Plan and manage the annual training calendar, including sourcing internal and external training programs and overseeing training logistics, administration, funding, claims, and bonding matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with training vendors and trainers to ensure quality and effective learning delivery.
Drive Organizational Development initiatives such as annual talent reviews, high-potential identification, mentorship programs, succession planning, job grading, and career development planning in collaboration with Heads of Departments.
Manage and continuously improve performance management processes, including KPI setting and evaluation, performance appraisal cycles, calibration sessions, and staff promotion reviews.
Review, update, and maintain HR-related policies, procedures, employee handbooks, training documentation, and digital learning platforms.
Oversee internship and/or scholarship programs, including onboarding improvements and participation in campus recruitment and student engagement activities.
Coordinate HR-related matters with internal stakeholders and support communication initiatives related to organizational and HR changes.
Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in L&D, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Experience managing performance management systems and talent development initiatives.
