As a Manager, Learning Academy & Partnerships, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the smooth and effective operations of Learning Academy.
- Plan, manage, and execute the Academy’s branding, positioning, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including copywriting and design.
- Set sales forecasts and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Ensure the financial sustainability of the Academy, working closely with course providers on programme costing.
- Conduct market research and track industry trends to support faculty heads in strategic planning.
- Collaborate with faculty heads to design and develop course offerings that address client needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic networks and partnerships with key stakeholders to secure funding opportunities.
- Identify and engage potential clients by leveraging professional networks, and support faculty heads in outreach to institutions, public organisations, and volunteers.
- Develop and manage a client relationship system to enhance client experience and encourage repeat engagement.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve course offerings.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and market trends to management.
- Ensure timely invoicing and proper closure of billing cycles for all courses.
- Maintain accurate and well‑organised course documentation and records.
- Be prepared to work on weekends when required.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Requirements:
- Recognised degree, preferably in Business/Marketing and/or Healthcare‑related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Project Management is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365 suite.
- Adept at working with various Learning Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, especially in digital and content marketing. Experience in healthcare training is preferred.
