Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Oversee end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, PLRD) and internal policies.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to HR standards and guidelines.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
    • Handle payroll-related queries and support work injury claim administration.
  • HR Advisory & Support
    • Provide HR generalist support and consultation to business units on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
    • Assist employees with external course applications and training-related matters.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports, manpower statistics, and ad hoc data for management review.
    • Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Projects & Process Improvement
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
    • Participate in HR projects, system enhancements, and policy reviews.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Coordinate staff engagement activities and recognition programs such as EXSA and Long Service Awards.
Skills & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
