Job Description:
  • Prepare and deliver timely periodic financial reports for funds under management
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support management and investment decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with audit, statutory, and tax requirements
  • Monitor and manage financing covenants
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the finance reporting team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including investment and asset management teams
  • Liaise with investors, overseas partners, and external service providers
  • Develop, implement, and maintain finance policies, procedures, and processes
  • Strengthen internal controls to safeguard fund assets and ensure accuracy of financial information
  • Optimize cash management and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 4 years should be gained in overseeing group consolidation and operations. Some prior experience in audit and fund management would be an advantage.
  • Have good understanding of the relevant Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis.
  • Hands on self starter and a team player with good interpersonal skills and able to interact and work across functions and levels.
  • Experience in fund reporting or real estate investment industry or financing arrangement will be an added advantage.
