What You Will Do
  • Oversee month‑end and year‑end close activities, including review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with SOX and company policies.
  • Monitor operating expenses, manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning, and review CAPEX requests with ROI tracking.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes; analyze actuals versus budget and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.
  • Act as a finance business partner to functional and operational teams, providing financial guidance and supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors on direct and indirect tax matters and lead internal and external audits, including resolution of audit findings.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience, operating at Manager level.
  • Hands‑on experience managing month‑end close, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently and step into a role with minimal handover.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Exposure to cost management, cash flow, and CAPEX evaluation.
  • Prior experience in a structured, compliance‑driven or multinational environment.
  • Aerospace or adjacent industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
