Job summary

A leading facility management company in Singapore is looking for a Facility Manager to lead maintenance teams across various sectors including semi-conducting and commercial facilities. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in facility management or engineering and have at least 3 years of experience, including managerial responsibilities. You will oversee maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with standards, and support project management efforts while showcasing strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead facility maintenance teams and services in semi-conducting / industrial / commercial / hotelpremises sectors.
• Assist director in expanding the business operation and the resources management of the facilitymanagement department.
• Ensure maintenance are carried out in accordance with schedule and coordinate with relevantparties to ensure servicing are carried out in accordance to standards or SOP.
• Provide preventive maintenance or condition base maintenance and improvement for the followingsystem (ACMV system / Process Cooling system / Portable/non-portable water / Heat Pump andBoiler / Clean Room System / Process Exhaust and Vacuum / Compresses Air / Fire system /Natural Gas / diesel system).
• Be the point of contact and provide prompt support and maintain system functionality.
• Lead or guide technicians to execute maintenance requirement, ensuring safety, quality and on timedelivery.
• Identify opportunities and ensure services are rendered to specification.
• Coordinate with internal or external partners to execute the projects in compliance.
• Provide monthly maintenance forecast for assigned projects.
• Preparation of technical / sales proposal and necessary submission.
• Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in facility / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the facility management and managerial experienced arepreferred.
• Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project and report writing.
• Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, project management and goodconversational/writing skills in English.
