We are seeking a motivated and hands on technical manager with a strong background in software application development and project management to drive and implement our digital transformation roadmap. This role is pivotal in overseeing our portfolio of digital services to provide an omni-channel, seamless, and personalized user experience for our airport partners.

The candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital B2B enterprise solutions preferably developed on low-code platforms like OutSystems.

Responsibilities include designing the end-to-end software application architecture, conducting design thinking workshops, gathering user requirements, performing technical assessments, sourcing, program management, and operational support. The candidate will lead a team for rapid prototyping, engaging with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance to the software development teams. Furthermore, the candidate will ensure software development quality control and governance throughout the process to maintain high standards and compliance.

The candidate should be a team player and leader with strong interpersonal skills, who takes joy in enabling others to succeed. Roles & responsibilities

1. You will contribute to the solution design for B2B web and mobile applications, translating business requirements into well‑designed, scalable, and secure application features.
2. Assist and support with the Head of Digital Services to shape the long‑term technical roadmap, ensuring digital initiatives are architecturally sound and aligned with business goals.
3. Monitor and enforce architectural and platform governance policies for the low‑code environment to ensure consistency, quality, and security.
4. Provide technical guidance to junior/outsourced developers and promote agile methodologies and best practices within the project team.
5. Lead the delivery of B2B application development projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation and business case development to deployment and support.
6. Collaborate with and provide technical oversight to internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
7. Perform rigorous program and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet all functional, performance, privacy, and operational requirements.
8. Manage vendor relationships to ensure maintenance, support, and system enhancements comply with service level agreements.
9. Continuously refine and improve business and IT processes based on performance metrics and user feedback.
10. Define and track KPIs related to the low‑code platform’s usage and effectiveness to drive process improvements.

Requirements

1. An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Have at least 3–5 years of working experience, with a significant portion focused on solution development and technical design, preferably in large corporations with customer‑facing, business‑critical IT systems.
3. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; self‑motivated and effective in a team.
4. Hands on experience in architecting and delivering enterprise digital solutions using low‑code development platforms.
5. Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively describe and defend architectural decisions and proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
6. Possession of low‑code platform certifications (e.g., Architecture Specialist, Professional/Expert Developer) is highly desirable, demonstrating hands‑on experience designing, developing, and deploying robust applications on the platform.
7. Strong practical knowledge of both DevSecOps principles (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated security) and IT Service Management (incident, problem, and change management).
