About the Role: Job Profile Summary

The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate secretarial support to a designated portfolio of companies within the Group. Working with the support of subordinate staff, the position ensures full compliance with relevant statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements while upholding high standards of corporate governance and best practices. The objective is to provide professional, timely, and efficient corporate secretarial services across all assigned entities.

Responsibilities
  1. Compliance Ensure all entities under the portfolio fully comply with statutory, regulatory, and listing obligations, as well as internal governance policies, company constitution, and approved board frameworks.
  2. Board Advisory Provide secretarial advisory support to the boards and board committees, including guidance to chairpersons, to facilitate smooth, effective, and well‑coordinated board processes.
  3. Corporate Secretarial Support Guide team members in managing routine and complex secretarial matters or independently handle such matters when required, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  4. Corporate Secretarial Administration Oversee the upkeep of statutory registers and the corporate database, and manage information collation for precedents or research. Provide direction to staff on administrative processes and documentation maintenance.
Requirements
  • CSIS qualification
