A leading provider of Early Childhood Education is seeking a savvy, media-smart Manager or Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our public relations and media strategy, partnering closely with the leadership team to establish and elevate our voice as the most trusted authority in early childhood education. You will lead engagement across owned, earned, and social platforms with a strong focus on compelling storytelling and strategic brand positioning

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership: Identify and pitch senior leadership for media features, interviews, and speaking engagements across business and parenting platforms.

  • Narrative Strategy: Craft leadership voice narratives for LinkedIn and internal platforms to build professional authority.

  • Media Relations: Build and manage high-value contact lists across parenting, education, business, and lifestyle verticals.

  • Strategic Engagement: Organize media luncheons and briefings with leadership teams to ensure the brand remains a go-to voice in industry news.

  • Corporate Communications: Manage the communications calendar and ensure all messages to staff and parents are warm, thoughtful, and brand-aligned.

  • Event Communications: Provide end-to-end public relations support for major events, including centre launches and campaigns, acting as the main media liaison.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field.

  • 6+ years’ experience in public relations, media engagement or communications, with preferably at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.

  • Experience in the Early Childhood Industry is advantageous
