Netflix’s Content Finance & Strategy (F&S) team is looking for a Manager to join its team in the Singapore office, reporting into Director, APAC Content F&S.

The Content F&S team drives the vision and business strategy that provides Netflix with best-in‑class metrics, tools, analysis, insights and reporting to make effective content investment and programming decisions.

The team partners closely with our Content, Finance, and Data Science teams. Executives and senior management depend heavily on the Content F&S team to accurately forecast the business and lead the strategic analysis that is used to inform important business decisions.

Candidates should be highly analytical and effective communicators.

Responsibilities
  • Create perspective on trends of critical business drivers across industry, consumer, and competition working with external and internal sources
  • Drive targeted market growth projects in partnership with cross‑functional teams and enable working sessions to identify execution initiatives
  • Support Portfolio Planning / Programming strategy for mid‑to‑long term planning
  • Regularly present analyses and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy‑to‑understand format to senior business leaders
  • Compile thoughtful post‑mortem analyses to determine areas for optimization and improvement
  • Partner closely with Finance & Strategy teams globally, as well as Content, Product, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Data Science and Engineering teams
  • Participate actively in team and cross‑functional forums, using constructive dialogue and debate to influence decisions
  • Market coverage will be across Southeast Asia, Taiwan / Hong Kong, and Australia/New Zealand
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in top management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and/or media/entertainment/tech companies in a strategy/business development/analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct complex analysis, synthesize findings, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Superior financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative skills. Strong Excel skills are mandatory; Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a strong plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior leaders.
  • Highly curious and proactive self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in or deep understanding of the media/entertainment industry is a strong plus.
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus
