Job Responsibilities

• Support the development of a comprehensive roadmap to achieve world‑class operational excellence over the next few years.
• Conduct an in‑depth analysis of the current operational state and create projections for the desired future state at three‑year and five‑year intervals, leveraging Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide the transformation.
• Formulate a long‑term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) implementation, aligned with the established roadmap and assessment.
• Champion the KAIZEN philosophy and foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving the adoption of Lean methodology through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Lead, manage, and facilitate Lean initiatives and projects across the organization from inception to implementation.
• Perform critical analysis of existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, safety enhancement, reliability, and process efficiency, with the goal of eliminating non‑value‑added activities.
• Collaborate with partners on cutting‑edge technological innovation projects that enhance operational efficiency or support new business growth.

Job Requirements
