We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to join us as Manager, Business Planning. This role provides direct support to the CEO, ensures effective coordination of cross‑functional priorities, and strengthens internal alignment through structured processes and follow‑through.
The ideal candidate will come from a corporate planning or programme management background, someone who is adept at connecting the dots across teams, improving processes, and driving clarity in execution.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Corporate Development & Strategic Tracking
- Support the reporting and monitoring of progress on corporate initiatives and priorities across departments.
- Work with different functions to gather updates, identify interdependencies, and surface insights or synergies that drive collective outcomes.
- Coordinate management reports, updates, and presentations to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Manage subscriptions to real‑estate and industry publications.
- Curate and circulate relevant market and industry news updates to the team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance data to create forecasts and identify potential business issues or opportunities.
2. Organisation‑wide Coordination and Engagement
- Support the coordination and agenda setting of team‑wide meetings such as townhalls, leadership meetings and management offsites.
- Ensure smooth flow of information, follow‑ups, and decision‑tracking between the CEO’s office and various departments.
3. Executive and Board Support
- Provide executive‑level support to the CEO on administrative matters including schedule management, travel management, etc.
- Manage Board administration, including coordination of meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and follow‑ups.
- Support the CEO in tracking action items and key outcomes from leadership or Board discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience in corporate planning, or programme/project management.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Confident in engaging senior stakeholders and driving cross‑department collaboration.
- Process‑driven mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Keen interest in corporate strategy, organisational effectiveness, and leadership operations.
