A leading audit firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced audit manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed companies and SMEs. The ideal candidate will have a degree recognized by ISCA, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong technical and interpersonal skills. You will lead a team of professionals and play a key role in developing long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Job Description:
• Manage a portfolio of clientele which include listed companies, SMEs and internationally active companies
• Manage a team of audit professionals and assist the Audit Partners and Directors in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients
• Perform review work of audit teams’ findings
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify business development opportunities
• Coach, mentor and build high performance teams
Job Requirements:
• Degree or professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms
• Strong technical (accounting/auditing standards) & interpersonal skills
• Possess initiative and an analytical mind
• Ability to lead a team of like-minded professionals
