We provide staffing solutions and manage daily operations across restaurants, cafeterias, and service facilities. We are now seeking a committed and responsible Manager to support our growing operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operations Manager in planning and overseeing daily manpower deployment
  • Supervise site supervisors and ensure smooth workflow at all job locations
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and resolve on-site issues promptly
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation
  • Coordinate training and ensure service quality and compliance with company standards
  • Handle simple reports, quotations, and documentation for management review

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or team management (F&B / manpower service preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • 6-day work week (shift flexibility required)
  • Salary: commensurate with experience
