Job Responsibilities
  • Undergo structured training in store operations, including cashiering, beverage preparation, inventory management, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in staff training, shift planning, and daily team management.
  • Learn and apply company standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and service excellence.
  • Assist in analyzing store performance data and support initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in cross‑department rotations (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain) to gain a broad understanding of the business.
  • Contribute to new store openings, marketing promotions, and other assigned projects.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Passionate about the F&B and retail industry and willing to learn from ground operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive customer service mindset.
