Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct desktop research and set up basic data-collection tools (e.g., online surveys) to gather insights for operational planning and transformation projects.
  • Collect, organize and analyse research data using Microsoft tools; prepare concise reports and visual summaries to support decision‑making.
  • Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and maintain clear documentation to ensure initiatives stay aligned with timelines and objectives.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and engagement activities (prepare materials, collate responses, arrange venues/refreshments, record attendance and feedback).
  • Contribute to knowledge management by organizing and maintaining an accessible archive of project and operational planning materials.
Key Requirements
