Key Responsibilities
- Conduct desktop research and set up basic data-collection tools (e.g., online surveys) to gather insights for operational planning and transformation projects.
- Collect, organize and analyse research data using Microsoft tools; prepare concise reports and visual summaries to support decision‑making.
- Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and maintain clear documentation to ensure initiatives stay aligned with timelines and objectives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and engagement activities (prepare materials, collate responses, arrange venues/refreshments, record attendance and feedback).
- Contribute to knowledge management by organizing and maintaining an accessible archive of project and operational planning materials.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year’s experience in administrative, research or project support roles preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with basic Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable producing clear slides and simple data tables/charts.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple small tasks with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and handling basic logistics for events/meetings.
- Professional approach to documentation and information management.
